Word seems to have gotten around now about Warp Record’s new digital download service Bleep. Their entire back catalogue is available for download at quite reasonable prices (about US$0.99 a track). Wicked. Also of note is two labels that make their music available for free; Irdial, who embrace a free music philosophy and Thinner who make all their releases available for free download.
