I agree, listening to music while running really helps with the motivation. I have an older Sony mp3 flash player which still works ok, but may need to go for an upgrade one of these days.

Yeah, that was my first Mp3 Player, damn..this one was $179 xD .. Now you get a Ipod Video with about 2-4 GB for that money.

You would have though that you could get a cool mp3 player by samsung at this price. I really like the YP-U1Z it is very versatile and it looks cool as well.

That’s one nice looking unit. You raise an interesting point about listening to podcasts whilst out on a run, audio books might be another option, and the FM tuner makes for a nice bonus feature !
